Develop strategic direction for the protection of information assets and promote information systems security at the Bank's acceptable risk level;
Develop, co-ordinate, implement and monitor the Business Continuity / DR Plan for the Bank
Work in partnership with the Business Lines, Organizations, IT, and other Bank’s Departments to draw up measures for implementing the Bank's Information Systems Security Policy and Business Continuity Plan;
Adopt IT Security/BCP measures in accordance to changes in technology.
Analyse of Bank’s processes to identify critical for Business Continuity
Advise on, and act as the single point of contact on all aspects of IT Security and Business Continuity;
Continually improve IT Security and Business Continuity Management by writing and publishing policies and procedures;
Raise awareness and understanding by promoting the practice of IT Security and Business Continuity;
Undertake other duties associated with effective management of risk and IT Security/Business Continuity as necessary or directed;
Take an active part as a member of the Business Continuity Recovery Team at the time of a disruptive challenge.

Professional experience:
1-2 years in Banking or Banking related sphere
Proven track record in supplying IT Security management.
Experience in BCP management and/or managing people is an advantage.
