Block the card


Loss or theft of payment card

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, call our card service center at

8-800-200-45-25 in order to block the card.

A replacement fee is charged for lost or stolen, defective or demagnitized cards in accordance with our list of tariffs.

All replacement cards are issued with a new card number and new PIN code.


Forgotten PIN codes

If you have forgotten your PIN code you must block your card and have it reissued.

Call our card service center at 8-800-200-45-25 or turn the card in any of our branches and fill out a request for a replacement card.

A fee will be charged in accordance with our list of tariffs, and your new card will have a new number and PIN code.
