Mortgage loan programs:


  • Purchasing of residential properties (flats or a real estate property in countryside) in the secondary residential real estate market (including getting housing conditions improved)


  • Granting of loans on pledge of a currently owned flat for the following purposes:
    • purchasing of real estate property

    • construction of real estate property

    • purchasing of land plots

    • purchasing of a room

  • Granting of loans on pledge of a currently owned flat for the following purposes:
    • renovation

Loan conditions

  • loan term: up to 20 years

  • loan currency: RUBLES, USD, EURO

  • loan amount: from 15 000 USD/EURO (or the RUBLE equivalent)

  • down payment: from 30% of cost of property



Mortgage loan requirements

You are eligible to receive a mortgage loan if you meet the following requirements:

  • you have income sufficient for the amount you wish to borrow

  • you have other property, or sufficient funds to make the down payment

  • you are not older than 55 years of age for women and 60 for men by the moment of loan repayment

  • you have not been convicted of a crime

  • you have a valid Moscow city, Moscow region or region of Bank's presence residence permit of at least 6 months

  • you have a permanent job at least 1,5 months in Moscow city, Moscow region or region of Bank's presence

  • you have been working for at least 4 months at your current job at the time of the loan application



Insurance

In order to receive a mortgage loan the borrower must take out insurance from an approved company:

  • the property bought (used as collateral) must be insured against damage or loss

  • the borrower must take out a life insurance and catastrophic injury policy

  • title insurance



How to apply for a mortgage loan?

  • Fill out a mortgage loan application

  • Provide your application together with all required documents to the Bank's branch

  • Receive loan decision

  • Find the property you want to buy.
    For your convenience, BNP Paribas has a list of recommended partners

  • Provide independent assessment of real estate

  • Prepare the documents necessary for the completion of the loan agreement in accordance with the Bank's instructions

  • Conclude insurance agreement with insurance company according Bank's requirements

  • Sign loan agreement

  • You've become a property-owner
