Atisreal signed a new Alliance contract with Astera in February 2008. The company is based in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, with 174 staff specialising in brokerage (office, retail and logistic), investment, valuation, research, real estate property development advisory, property management, auctions and space planning. Russia is an attractive market for Russian and international investors and with growth of +7.9% in 2007. Astera is managed by Geoffrey Cox (Chairman) and Alexei Filimonov (Vice-Chairman).
