Job’s Mission/Purpose: Oversee, maintain and troubleshoot company's IT Infrastructure systems and applications.
Job Summary : Administration and maintenance of IT Infrastructure systems of the bank.

In his capacity particularly :

• Situation Management : problem solving & immediate reporting to Mgt of risks/breaches


• Maintain relationships / good communication with counterparts / clients


• Support of Operational-Risk control within Team’s Perimeter


• To perform duties as assigned by Management of the Bank

• Lotus Notes/Domino administration in accordance with Group policies and segregation of duities.


• IT Infrastructure Systems administration and maintenance.


• IT Infrastructure Systems monitoring and troubleshooting.


• Providing Level-2 support for internal business customers. Working with Incident, Change and Problem management processes.


• Providing Level-1 support for Fixed Income and ALM Treasury specific applications, coordination with global support teams.


• Participation in IT projects.


• Maintaining Information Security on the supported systems.


• Preparation and update of the operational documentation.

• Higher education degree in Computer Science or related doma


• 1+ years experience as IBM Lotus Notes/Domino administrator


• 1+ years experience as MS Windows Server 2003 administrator


• Good understanding of Windows Server 2003/2008 planning, deployment and operations (Active Directory, Group Policy, File system, DNS, PKI).


• At least one vendor training course passed on IBM Lotus Notes/Domino administration and Microsoft Server 2003 administration is a must. The corresponding certification will be a plus.


• Knowledge of scripting (Lotus Script, VBScript, WMI, PowerShell)


• Knowledge of computer networks foundations, basic network/mail protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, LDAP)


• Knowledge of main brands server equipment, data storage systems, backup systems


• Practical experience of servers and data storage deployment, maintenance and monitoring.


• Good understanding of Information Security requirements in part of data protection from unauthorized access, virus attacks, hardware failure and other threats.

• English - good verbal and written communication skills

• Temporary contract with possibility for prolongation
