Main Responsibilities

• Developing, configure and test reporting solutions. Plan and execute UAT testing, as required. Schedule & co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing.


• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify potential areas for processes improvement opportunities. Provide ongoing modification of workflows to reflect business evolution.


• Develop and maintain application and integration architecture diagrams and documentation. Write quality functional specifications and test plans.


• Conduct research and analysis to accurately and clearly define user requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of highly complex, multi-faceted problems that meet business needs.


• Analyze current system interfaces and recommend improvement to better information transfer.


• Translate application requirements into technical solutions. This includes the assessment of mergers and acquisitions on the existing application architecture.


• Ensure processes, controls and standards are being followed throughout the development cycle.


• Improve the quality of reporting and data analysis by identifying and analyzing user requirements.


• Conduct third-level, root cause, analysis on business systems issues and recommend workable solutions.


• Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications using available technologies to fill niche business requirements.


• Incidents detecting and report to Head of Department.

• Professional knowledge: Good knowledge of general Banking & Banking Products
  T-SQL, Programming Language like Delphi/ VB


• Professional experience: Work experience in Bank or in IT company developing solutions for banks


• Level of English: Fluent


• PC skills, special programs: MS SQL Server, Programming Language like Delphi/ VB


• Business Object and Diasoft skills are welcomed

• Good understanding of general Banking & Banking Products


• Good knowledge of the systems used
